- Ask your physician to send a referral or if you’re Medicare eligible a prescription noting the skilled care required. Your homebound status will necessitate a therapist or nurse to visit you.
- Ask your hospital nurse or case manager about us. We maintain an excellent relationship with health care providers and facilities. The referral process is as easy as a phone call or a fax.
- Ask your health insurance company about your coverage. We make every attempt to minimize your out of pocket expense. We can ask about your benefits, call us.
